At Pros & Pros, in Design, our strength is women's wear design. In Retail, our expertise lies in retail business turnarounds.
We are a young and cheerful team and we are all in love with Fashion and Retail. We spend hours looking at shows that happen all over the world, retail products, campaigns, windows and online and social media updates of several small and big fashion labels and brands. We help large and small brands in designing, trend translations and sampling. Our expertise lies in women's wear - Indian, Fusion and Western. On the retail front, we help out to establish or create new brands or expand small or medium sized brands and increase efficiencies.
We are nestled in a cozy office amidst lots of green in the city of Pune in India. We surround ourselves with art, craft and fashion. We like to be in spaces that egg on our creativity and our pretty office is that kind of a space. Please come visit us anytime.

POORVA
Co-Founder
Poorva started her career as a Fashion Designer, but soon started handling business roles like Buyer for Esprit, Brand Head for Only, Brand Head for Vero Moda and eventually CEO for 109F and Fusion Beats.
Her expertise lies in Understanding International Trends and translating them to local as well as international tastes in Design. Apart from that, having handled large sized businesses & teams, and being responsible for the profitability for the Brands she worked for, she knows the pulse of Retail, along with good retail standards across all functions.
ANAND
Co-Founder
Anand has worked in the Retail industry with brands like Jack & Jones, Aditya Birla Retail, NTUC Singapore, NIIT & Hewlett-Packard. He comes with diverse experience in talent development & management and has conducted numerous workshops and training programs.
His strength is found in his ability to understand the customer identifying gaps in the existing consumer touch-points for a good customer experience. He can translate client needs into business interventions for improved team, performance & better organisational results.
ANTARA
Designer
Antara, a design graduate from SOFT, Pune, has always been inspired by different forms of music and dance styles. Her design style is, therefore, eclectic and mix-culture.
She designs to create a change in the society, rather to make a sustainable environment to live in, through the medium of fashion.
KHUSHBOO
Designer
Khushboo graduated from SOFT, Pune. Her design style is modern & colourful. She likes to work ahead of time and to create innovative things. She loves new challenges that make her think out-of-the-box Fashion, to Khushboo, means Comfort, Uniqueness, and something that represents one in the best possible way.
AANANDI
Designer
Aanandi, Fashion design graduate from SOFT, is a Forward- thinking individual who always pushes her boundaries to create divergent designs. Her design style is contemporary &experimental with an eye for commercial fashion. She is diligent & hardworking individual who is keen to learn new things & complete all her projects effectively.
Natasha
Designer
A SOFT graduate, Natasha is a creatively explosive core underneath a calm exterior. She loves playing with graphics and prints and her design style is comfortable, playful and very easy-going. Natasha aims to stay always in tune with all the cutting edge tech that can further visual art, aesthetics and fashion design.
